Brother's Pharmacy is a registered NHS UK pharmacy based at 118 Belgrave Road, Leicester, LE4 5AT.

We have strict measures to ensure only legitimate medication and products are sold as we are a regulated pharmacy.

Majority of items will be dispatched SAME day on all orders before 11.30am.
We aim to offer low prices and efficient delivery.
We have a large range, with a constantly increasing inventory.
We believe in providing a safe and secure service and aim to provide a pleasant eBay experience for you.

Shipping Policy

Free P&P via Royal Mail 2nd Class on all items for delivery to Mainland UK unless stated.

We aim to dispatch majority items within 1 working day

Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for is also available for extra peace of mind

Returns Policy

At Brother's Pharmacy we want to make returns as easy as possible.

You are always welcome to return for an exchange or refund any product you buy from us under the following conditions:

All items must be unopened and unused.

We can not accept returns of medicinal and cosmetic products due to hygiene and health constraints.

You agree to buy products and use them as per their product license.

If you are unsure about any product please message us, speak to a pharmacist or GP before purchase.

Incorrect Products

If you receive an incorrect product please accept out sincere apologies and let us know immediately. With your agreement we will quickly and efficiently arrange for a replacement item or refund.

The above policies do not affect your statutory rights.

Changing or Cancelling your order

If you would like to cancel or amend your order for what ever reason we are happy to do so. Please let us know at the earliest possibility for a full refund, if the item has been dispatched we will unable to cancel or amend after this point.

Payment Policy

We only accept payment via PayPal. If you are having trouble paying through eBay then you can contact either PayPal or eBay and they will be happy to assist you.
